CJSC «Donetsksteel»-metallurgical plant» (the «Company») follows confidentiality policy in respect of Personal Data obtained from each visitor to the Company websites (the “Sites”). This Confidentiality Provision defines personal details of the visitors which the Company may obtain from the Sites and how it may use them.
The Company does not intend to collect information referred to as Personal Data by active legislation of Ukraine, for example your surname, first name or patronymic, year, month, date and place of birth, address, family, social or property status, education, profession, revenues, telephone number, email address and other information (“Personal Data”) through the Sites owned by the Company except when you volunteer to provide your Personal Data. By volunteering to do so, you tacitly agree to processing of your Personnel Data by the Company, including their cross-border transfer in accordance with the personal data protection legislation of Ukraine in force. The Company undertakes to ensure the security of Personal Data as provided by you and shall be entitled to furnish them only to persons affiliated or having entered into agreements with the Company, which terms and conditions stipulate protection of Personal Data. If you object to processing of your Personal Data, please do not provide them.
If you provide your Personal Data, the Company may process them in the following ways, unless otherwise indicated: storing, systematizing, collecting, accumulating, clarifying, using, depersonalizing and transferring this information for assessing the needs of clients and improving quality of its products and services. The Company (or other persons on our behalf within advertising campaigns conducted) may use your Personal Data for contacting you; and/or we may furnish to third parties aggregated (modified) information about the visitors to or the users of the Sites. All users of the Sites, including parents of minors (under eighteen) and minor Site users themselves, are informed that the present Confidentiality Provision applies only to Personal Data provided to the Company by users. Information, including Personal Data, which minors or other users volunteered to furnish to third parties, for example through chats, email or on-line message boards, may be used by third parties for posting unsolicited messages or otherwise. The Company recommends that all parents urge their children on the importance of being reasonable in using the Internet and mindful of the safety of Personal Data and other information.
The website where you are is one of the public (unrestricted) access sites owned by the Company. From time to time the operation of some Sites will be governed by special rather than general Confidentiality Provisions, with special terms of minors’ access to the Sites and Personal Data privacy posted. The Company will not process Personal Data of youth under eighteen. The Company will specifically warn minors against provision of such information or recommend doing it only with parental consent, as may be required.
In some cases when you log in to the Site, the Company may automatically (i.e. without logon) receive technical information that is no Personal Data. Such information includes the type of your web browser, your computer operating system and the domain name of a website through which you accessed the Site.
